I’m so glad you’re here! Your senior session is officially booked and on my calendar, and this questionnaire is the next step in bringing all of the details together.

Your responses will help me get to know you beyond the basics so I can hone in on locations, wardrobe, meaningful details, and shot ideas that feel personal to you. It also gives me a better understanding of your personality, interests, and overall vision so I can create a session that feels natural, intentional, and completely your own.

Before you begin, find a comfortable spot and plan to spend about 10–15 minutes completing the form.

Don’t rush—but don’t overthink it either.
