I’m Kristen.
A photographer, a mom, a wife, a business owner, and a kind soul. My husband, Nate, and I have been married 15 years, and live in Galena with our 2 crazy kiddos, Crew (10) and Canon (8) and 2 great danes, Beau + Cowboy.
Quality time is my love language. So is traveling, coffee and reading. I’m a self described coastal cowgirl, squeezing in as many trips to the beach and Nashville as one can possibly do. I’m barefoot 99% of life. I love a good true crime podcasts, thriller novels, catching a good sunset, and cooking out with family and friends.
My photography style is bold, elevated, emotive and storytelling, and I photograph everything. Babies, families, seniors, brands, real estate, products, boudoir, maternity-you name it!
If you like music, you’re my kind of people. I most certainly will have my little boom box in my camera bag-setting the mood with whatever playlist you want. My goal is for you to feel relaxed and real around me, so that I fade into the background and capture the magic that is YOUR story.
I did not expect my passion to reach this many people-serving Columbus and beyond, this cool job of mine has taken me all over the country.

Photography didn’t begin as a business plan — it began as a desire to hold onto fleeting seasons.
What started with capturing my own children quickly grew into something more: a deep appreciation for preserving connection, personality, and the moments that quietly shape our lives.
Over the years, that passion evolved into a full-time career serving families, seniors, and professionals across Central Ohio (and beyond!) — creating imagery that feels natural, timeless, and true.

From the very beginning, your session is thoughtfully curated.
Every client receives a detailed prep guide to help you feel confident and prepared — from wardrobe tips to session expectations. You’ll also complete a questionnaire so I can understand your vision, your style, and what matters most to you. This allows me to tailor your session to fit your personality and bring your ideas to life.
You’ll receive access to my location guide, and together we’ll select the setting that aligns with your vibe — whether that’s polished and modern, light and airy, or relaxed and natural.
Before you ever step in front of the camera, we’ll already know each other.
During your session, I’ll guide you every step of the way. I can be as hands-on and directive as you need — offering full posing instruction, movement cues, and subtle adjustments so you never feel unsure. I’m also your ultimate hype girl. I’ll play your favorite music, keep the energy relaxed, and make sure you feel confident the entire time.
And when it comes to editing — every single image is personally refined by me. No outsourcing. No batch presets passed off as final work. Just thoughtful, consistent editing to ensure your gallery feels polished and cohesive.
The result is a session that feels effortless — and images that feel authentically you.
